From Camden/Philadelphia
Take Route 42 South. Exit at the Blackwood/Clementon exit. Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp (onto Blackwood/ Clementon road). Turn right at the first traffic light (onto Erial Road). Follow Erial Road to the second traffic light and turn right (onto Little Gloucester Road). Continue straight past the next traffic light. The college is on the right side.

FROM ROUTE 295 (Northern Areas)
Take Route 295 South. Exit at Route 42 South. Proceed exactly as above (From Philadelphia/Camden).

From Cherry Hill/ Voorhees/Marlton
From Route 70, take Springdale Road south 9 miles (note that the road name changes to White Horse Road, Laurel Road, College Drive) until the traffic light at College Drive and Peter Cheeseman Roads. Turn left onto Peter Cheeseman Road; the College is on the right side.

From the South Jersey area
Take Route 42 or the Black Horse Pike North. Exit at the Route 168/Blackwood/Sicklerville exit. Turn right at the bottom of the ramp. Turn right at the first traffic light (onto Route 168 North). Turn right at the first road (onto College Drive). The entrance to the College is one mile down the road on the right side.

From the Atlantic City Expressway
Exit the Expressway at Exit #44. Stay in the right lane and take the first exit (Route 168/Blackwood/Sicklerville). Proceed exactly as above (from South Jersey Area).

From the NJ Turnpike
Take exit 3 and follow the ramp to southbound Route 168 (Blackwood/Atlantic City). Remain southbound on Route 168 for 5 miles before turning left onto College Drive. Turn right at the first traffic light onto Peter Cheeseman Road. The Blackwood campus is on the right.

From INTERSTATE 287 SOUTH - (From Morristown Area)
Take Interstate 287 SOUTH to Interstate 78 WEST. Proceed on 78 WEST for approx. 3 miles to Exit 26 (Lamington/North Branch).  At traffic light at off ramp make a left onto Rattlesnake (county road 665) which turns into Lamington Road.  Take Lamington Road for 2.3 miles.  The side entrance to Raritan Valley Community College will be on the left.  You may enter the side entrance to the college.  To enter college from main entrance continue straight on Lamington Road.  At traffic light make a left onto Easton Turnpike (county road 614).  At the next traffic light (Orr Drive) make a left into the main entrance to the College. 

From GARDEN STATE PARKWAY SOUTH - (From North Jersey)
Take Exit 142 for Interstate 78 WEST. Proceed on 78 WEST for approx. 26 miles to Exit 26 (Lamington/North Branch).  At traffic light at off ramp make a left onto Rattlesnake (county road 665) which turns into Lamington Road.  Take Lamington Road for 2.3 miles.  The side entrance to Raritan Valley Community College will be on the left.  You may enter the side entrance to the college.  To enter college from main entrance continue straight on Lamington Road.  At traffic light make a left onto Easton Turnpike (county road 614).  At the next traffic light (Orr Drive) make a left into the main entrance to the College. 

From ROUTE 206 SOUTH - (From Chester/Peapack)
Proceed south on Route 206.  Make a right turn onto Lamington road in Bedminster (Texaco gas station).  Proceed on Lamington Road for approximately 3 - 4 miles.  Just past the Lamington General Store antique shop make a left onto Lamington road (county road 665).  Take Lamington Road for approximately 5 miles.  The side entrance to Raritan Valley Community College will be on the left.  You may enter the side entrance to the college.  To enter college from main entrance continue straight on Lamington Road.  At traffic light make a left onto Easton Turnpike (county road 614).  At the next traffic light (Orr Drive) make a left into the main entrance to the College. 

Alternative From ROUTE 206 SOUTH - (From Chester/Peapack)
Proceed south on Route 206.  Make a right turn onto Burnt Mills Road (county road 620).  (A&P Supermarket will be on left side of intersection).  Continue straight on Burnt Mills Road for Approximately 4 miles.  When you come to the end make a left onto Lamington Road (county road 665).  Take Lamington Road for approximately 1 mile.  The side entrance to Raritan Valley Community College will be on the left.  You may enter the side entrance to the college.  To enter college from main entrance continue straight on Lamington Road.  At traffic light make a left onto Easton Turnpike (county road 614).  At the next traffic light (Orr Drive) make a left into the main entrance to the College. 

From INTERSTATE 287 NORTH - (From Edison Area)
Take Interstate 287 NORTH to the Route 22 WEST exit. After approx. 7 miles (just before the 5th light), exit at Raritan Valley College Drive (Orr Drive). At the end of  Orr Drive is a traffic light.  Proceed straight to enter the College..

From GARDEN STATE PARKWAY NORTH - (From the Shore area)
Take Exit 127 to Interstate 287 NORTH. Proceed on 287 NORTH to the Route 22 WEST exit. After approx. 7 miles (just before the 5th light), exit at Raritan Valley College Drive (Orr Drive). At the end of Orr Drive is a traffic light.  Proceed straight to enter the College..

From ROUTE 206 NORTH - (From Princeton Area)
Take Route 206 NORTH to the Somerville Circle. At the Somerville Circle exit onto Route 28 WEST (county road 614). Proceed on Route 28 WEST (county road 614) for approx. 4 miles. Entrance to the College will be on your right at a traffic light with Orr Drive on your left..

From INTERSTATE 78 WEST - (From Newark Area)
Take Interstate 78 WEST. Proceed on 78 WEST and get off at Exit 26 (Lamington/North Branch). Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 10.  After toll, bear left, exit onto Interstate 287 NORTH. From ROUTE 31 NORTH
Take Route 31 NORTH to Route 202 NORTH.  Stay on Route 202 NORTH for approx. 10 miles until you come to the Somerville Circle.  At the Somerville Circle exit onto Route 28 WEST (county road 614).  Proceed on Rt. 28 WEST (county road 614) for approx. 4 miles.  Entrance to the College will be on your right at a traffic light with Orr Drive on your left..

From PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE
Take either Route 78 East, or Route 22 East to Route 78 East. Follow directions above FROM the WEST (From Clinton Area).

Directions to Montclair State University:
Montclair State University is on the corner of Valley Road and Normal Avenue in Montclair, New Jersey, one mile south of the junction of Routes 3 and 46.

Parking is available in the Red Hawk Deck adjacent to the Alexander Kasser Theater.  Exit the deck on the Fifth Floor and there is a path that leads directly to University Hall.  Go through the lobby and take the elevators at the North end in the building to the seventh floor; the conference center.

By Car:

• Route 46 (East): Take Valley Road exit at Route 3 junction, travel south approximately one mile to the Normal Avenue light, Please be sure you are traveling towards Montclair and not Paterson.  Turn right at the light.
• Route 46 (West): Take Valley Road exit immediately preceding the Route 3 junction, travel south approximately one mile to the Normal Avenue light, Please be sure you are traveling towards Montclair and not Paterson.  Turn right at the light
• Route 3 (East and West): At the Route 46 junction, take the Valley Road exit south for approximately one mile to the Normal Avenue light, Please be sure you are traveling towards Montclair and not Paterson .  Turn right at the light.

• Garden State Parkway North: Take Exit 153B (left lane) to Route 3 West to Valley Road, Montclair exit.  Travel south one mile to the Normal Avenue light.  Turn right at the light.

• Garden State Parkway South: Exit 154 to Route 46 West to Valley Road, Montclair exit.  Travel south one mile to the Normal Avenue light.  Turn right at the light.

• New Jersey Turnpike North or South: Take Exit 16W to Route 3 West. Take Valley Road, Montclair exit.  Travel south one mile to the Normal Avenue light.  Turn right at the light. (Motorist traveling north on the turnpike south of Exit 11 may exit there to the Garden State Parkway North.)

• Lincoln Tunnel: Follow to Route 3 West. Follow Route 3 directions above.
• George Washington Bridge: Route 80 West to Garden State Parkway South.  Follow directions above.

By Public Transportation:
Note: Not all trains stop at both the Montclair Heights and Montclair State University stations but all trains stop at either one or the other.  Please check the schedule for the Montclair-Boonton line at www.njtransit.com for specific timetable.

Whenever possible it is best to take the stop at Montclair State University train station, take the university shuttle bus from the station the “student center” this will bring you to the campus core.  Once outside the student center (white building) you will go to the tall, large building behind the student center.  This is University Hall you will enter building and take the elevators to the seventh floor which is the conference center.

• New York City (by Midtown Direct train): From Penn Station in New York, take Midtown Direct’s Montclair-Boonton line train to the Montclair State University Train Station.  (Some runs require a transfer at the Newark/Broad Street station). 

• New York City (lower Manhattan): Take the PATH train from the World Trade Center to Hoboken.  Transfer to NJ TRANSIT Montclair-Boonton line in Hoboken. Travel the Montclair-Boonton line train to the Montclair State University Train Station. 

• New York City (by bus): DeCamp Bus No. 88 departs NYC from the Port Authority Bus terminal.  Disembark at Montclair State University stop.

• Newark (by bus): NJ TRANSIT’s Bus No. 28 originates at Washington and Hill Streets, then travels through Bloomfield, Cedar Grove, and Montclair to Montclair State University.

• Passaic (Main Avenue Bus Terminal): NJ TRANSIT Bus 705 travels from Passaic through Clifton to Montclair State University.

• Wayne (Willowbrook Mall): Buses 28 and 705 originates at Willowbrook Mall from the west, travels through Little Falls to Montclair State University.
